As a founding manager of this event, I spearheaded the growth of the Artist Relations department, enabling it to efficiently manage over 500 artists (per event) across 25 venues during a 5-day period by its 10th anniversary. I also was the Lodging Coordinator for the festival (over 600 room nights), and managed the Artist Check-In which processed all contributors of the festival between music, Forts (Hackfort, YogaFort etc), speakers, and delegates.

As a founding manager of this event, I spearheaded the growth of the Artist Relations department and the ticketing and box office systems. I planned and managed large event budgets and a team of over 60 people.

Prior to each public event, I produced a week-long gathering (think tank) for all the speakers and contributors.
